Following the Christmas break, Thursday Café has continued to operate, as the name suggests, each Thursday from 11.00am to 1300pm in the Morison Duncan Hall. We welcome the regulars for their weekly opportunity to enjoy the goodies the café has to offer, as well as the opportunity to meet up with friends and neighbours. We also hope to see new faces at our Thursday morning gatherings – please come and enjoy the hospitality that is on offer. Working from home? Take a lunch break at the café. All prices are extremely low and good value for the quality on offer.
 

The hard work put in by our volunteers enables us to offer homemade soup and roll, sausage rolls, a range of sandwiches and various cakes and scones with either tea or coffee. We also cater for those who are vegetarian or gluten intolerant. After costs are deducted from the takings, some of the money accumulated goes to Hall Funds and Gauldry in Bloom. 

We have the occasional fund-raising Thursday when all takings go to nominated charities. We have decided to raise money for the Marie Curie charity on the last Thursday before the summer holidays. We will let everyone know how much is raised.

After the summer holidays we will start the cafe again on September 10th 2026.

Once again, thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you in the cafe each Thursday morning. To any newcomer to the area, please come along and see what we have to offer - you will be made very welcome.
