We were all pleased to see everyone back at the Thursday café after our summer break. The cafe continues to operate each Thursday morning from 11.00 am to 13.00 pm, except School holidays. Due to the hard work of all our volunteers we are able to offer homemade soup and roll, sausage rolls and various cakes and scones with either tea or coffee. We also have gluten free food available.

After costs are deducted from the takings, some of the money accumulated goes to Hall Funds, Gauldry in Bloom and nominated charities. This year we will be running the cafe held on November 13th in aid of Macmillan's Charity. I am delighted to let everyone know that we raised £510 for this very worthwhile charity. A huge thank you for the many kind donations, both small and large.

We rely very much on the generosity and talents of those who provide the food on offer. Without them, the cafe would not be what it is and we thank them all for their work and their support.

The last Thursday Cafe before the Christmas break will be 11th December and we anticipate being back on 8th January.

We thank you all for your continued support and look forward to seeing you in the cafe each Thursday morning. To any newcomer to the area, please come along and see what we have to offer - you will be made very welcome.

Merry Christmas
